Rules for digital products

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, digital products have their specifics, governed by legislation and technical features of platforms (Steam, Ubisoft, EA, etc.).

Returns and Refunds

The customer has the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.

Because the product is a digital game activation key, the 14-day refund right applies only in the following cases: the key has not been viewed, revealed, displayed, or redeemed by the customer and remains in a "new/unused" state; or the key is proven defective, invalid, or duplicate at the time of delivery, confirmed by screenshots and/or support verification.

Once the key has been revealed, viewed, or otherwise disclosed to the customer, digital content delivery is considered fully started and the sale becomes final. In this case, the 14-day withdrawal and refund right is terminated, except where the key is defective, invalid, or duplicate.

We will refund if:

  • Invalid key. You provided evidence (screenshots of the error and correspondence with platform support) that the key was activated before your purchase.
  • Technical error. Due to a system error, you received a different product than what you paid for (e.g., a different game).
  • Pre-order. You want to cancel a pre-order before the official game release and key distribution.

We will NOT be able to refund if:

  • Wrong purchase. You bought a game for the wrong region, wrong platform (e.g., DLC for Steam, but your game is on Epic Games) and already saw the key.
  • PC technical issues. The game "lags", "won't launch" or you didn't like it.
  • Key viewed. You clicked "Show Key" or received it by email, and it is valid.

How to submit a request?

Do not activate the key

If you realized you bought the wrong product, do not attempt to activate it. If the platform system (Steam, Xbox) records an activation attempt, we won't be able to resell this key.

Take screenshots

If the issue is technical (key doesn't work), take a full-screen screenshot of the key entry error and your game library.
