Where is my key after payment?
The key is automatically sent to your Email right after successful payment. It is also available in your Personal Account on the website. If you don't see the email, check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.
Key won't activate / error
1. Make sure you are activating the key in the correct region and on the correct platform.
2. Take a screenshot of the error and send it to us in Telegram. We will quickly check the key status.

How to activate a game on Steam?
Open the Steam client → In the bottom left corner click "Add a Game" → "Activate a Product on Steam" → Enter the received code.
Can I return the product?
Returns are possible only if the key turned out to be invalid due to technical reasons (see Return Policy). If you simply changed your mind or bought the wrong region and already saw the key — returns are not possible.
